Due to the nature of body jewelry and piercing services, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

Piercing services
Opened or worn items

Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Items must be reported within 3 days of purchase
Item must be unworn and in original condition
Proof of purchase is required
If approved, we may offer a replacement for the same item.
Jewelry Purchased In-Store
Please inspect all jewelry at the time of purchase.
Once jewelry leaves the store, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Jewelry purchased from our store: installation is free
Jewelry brought from outside: installation fee applies
