I was helped by Raebeth, but both associates at this location were personable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Raebeth took her time to make sure my placements were correct. She made sure I was well informed regarding what to expect, healing times, and aftercare. All of my questions were answered, and staff let me take time

MANNY was AMAZING!! So friendly, made both of my son's feel comfortable and not as nervous as they were..His customer service is great! He didn't push us to buy things that we didn't want to, or just make a sale, he was lovely. Both my boys got their ear lobes pierced, and I purchased a set of nipple barbells. It wasn't a "get what you need and bounce". There was conversations, professional at the same time, 10/10 I would rate Manny. Wonderful employee

got a second lobe pierced here and the staff did an excellent job. They used a gun, but it was quick and painless, and the result was great. The prices are good, and we appreciated their helpful recommendations during our visit. Plus, they have a fantastic selection of ear accessories! Highly recommend!
Mackenzie helped me pick out my replacement jewelry and was absolutely amazing. Gave me info about their piercing shop I didn’t know they had and even was talking to my daughter about getting her ears pierced and making her comfortable. To this day the only place I will buy my jewelry from!
Did an amazing job piercing my daughter’s ears today. Also Raebeth, who completed the piercing and her colleague (wish I had of also gotten her name) were both very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in finding appropriate jewelry. Will definitely return to this location to purchase jewelry and looking forward to visiting the full body piercing studio.
I went to Rapture to get my helix pierced, and Kaity was amazing! She was sweet, professional, and super quick. I barely felt a thing during the piercing. Her hygiene practices were excellent, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her work. Everyone there is awesome, and the whole experience was great! I would definitely recommend Kaity and Rapture to anyone looking to get pierced.

I had an amazing experience with Ms. Katy! From the moment I walked in, she was professional, calm, and made me feel completely comfortable. I got my nose pierced, and honestly I didn't feel a thing. She explained everything clearly, was super gentle, and made sure everything was clean and precise. If you’re nervous about getting pierced, Ms. Katy is the one to go to.
